Nov 17, 2010 I don’t believe LT can access the Tone Cloud, only GT / GTX can. LT stands for lite, e.i. You get access to 100 tones via Fender Tone Win/Mac app and that's it. You can tweak those tones as much as you like and save the changes. Personally, for a beginner like me that's more than plenty - the tones cover pretty much all genres.

Apr 16, 2020 All three amps seamlessly integrate with the newly updated Fender Tone 3.0 app. The third iteration of the free app is compatible with iOS, Android, Mac and PC and features 39 different amp types and 73 effect models, as well as a new look with hi-res 3D graphics, more signal path flexibility and real-time interactivity. The free Tone app (which only works with these GT series amps) lets you do all of that via a modern smartphone user interface. Fender So, yeah, I think this is an important step for guitars.
